e-FA2020 will be held at the same dates previously re-scheduled, from 08:00 to approximately 18:30 CET (Central Europe Time, Paris).

You do not need to upload it again. And you will be able to modify it as many times as you wish using the link provided to the authors.
- I have an oral (or poster) presentation. Will my paper be published in Proceedings?
Yes, the publication of the papers in the congress proceedings is unchanged with the shift to e-FA2020.
- I had an oral presentation scheduled in FA2020. How this will managed in the virtual e-FA2020?
You will still have an oral presentation. We ask you to prepare a video recording of your presentation, but you will be logged in to a videoconference session, in order to answer the questions live.
- I am an exhibitor at FA2020. What should I do to be an exhibitor at e-FA2020?
Shortly, the congress organizers will contact you individually. If needed, you can ask information at fa2020.sponsor@gmail.com.
- I want to announce up-coming events. How does it work ?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to leave flyers in the coffee room...Please prepare one sentence presenting your event, and a link allowing to download the flyer. We will send the participants an email with all this information (just after the conference).
- I want to organize a meeting of an EAA Technical Committee during the conference. Is this possible ?
Sure ! just ask the organizers (and have a look at the program to choose the most suitable date). We will create a video meeting (announced on the application).
- I would like to cancel my participation. How can I do that ?
What a bad idea ! Write an email to the organization with the exact reference of your registration. If applicable, also indicate the reference of the paper.
