e-Exhibition

The organizing committee is pleased to welcome you and to give you the opportunity to promote your company and exhibit your expertise.

A e-exhibition is available including the various possibilities that his new opportunity enable : video of your company, chat, brochure, contact form etc.
To maximize the visibility of your company, your e-booth will be accessible from : 
  • the live/replay of the sessions
  • the exhibitor map (of Lyon)
  • the list of exhibitors. 
In addition, the e-booth includes
  • your website and contact email address
  • a promotional video of your company / products / services
  • a photo gallery to showcase your company / products / services
  • a series of documents available for download
  • an integrated form with free response and multiple choices questions
  • an integrated tool to receive appointments from e-FA2020 participants
Finally, participating as an e-exhibitor includes a free registration for one participant to have access to all the scientific sessions during e-FA2020.
