Registration fees

The French Acoustical Society SFA is not submitted to VAT. All prices below are given in Euros. 

Two options : either you are a presenting author or you are a simple attendee. 2 papers are included for a single presenting author ; additional paper will be charged 100 euros. 
There is no longer the possibility to register as a presenting author as the scientific program is completed. However, you can register as a simple attendee to attend all conferences and the virtual exhibition.

Fees include :

• full access to the e-Forum from the 7th to the 11th December 2020
• full access to videos and recordings
• full access to the e-exhibition

Refund of the fees difference and reimbursement of the congress dinner will be made upon request at fa2020@universite-lyon.fr . 

Cancellation policy

• Registration can be cancelled upon written notification by email to: fa2020@universite-lyon.fr

1. Cancellations before or on September 28th, 2020 will be fully refunded, up to an administrative cost of 50 EUR
2. For cancellations after September 28th, 2020 and before or on October 26th, 2020, 50 % of the total amount paid will be refunded
3. Any cancellations after October 26th, 2020 will be non-refundable.

Please note that partial refunds (i.e. difference between fees of FA2020 and e-FA2020, or congress dinner) will not be possible after October 31st.
