Welcome cocktail 

A welcome cocktail hosted within the exhibition area will be organized on Monday, December 7th at 7:30 pm (included in registration fees, access upon congress badge). A good opportunity for visiting our industrial sponsors to get to know their latest innovations !

Congress dinner

The congress dinner will be organized on Wednesday, December 9th at the prestigious Abbaye de Collonges by Bocuse (to be booked separately, limited number of places !).
Of course, a vegetarian menu will be available on request.

Paul Bocuse (11 February 1926 – 20 January 2018) was an internationally renowned chef for the high quality of his restaurants and his innovative approaches to cuisine. [Wikipedia-EN]

The dinner will be held in the historical mansion of Bocuse family by the river Saône, called the Abbaye (approx. 9 km away from the Congress center).

The place hosts a part of the famous "limonaire" collection, which Paul Bocuse gathered over the years. 

Travel by coach will be organized from the conference center and back to it and the city center.
