Social program

The congress dinner will be organized on Wednesday, April 22nd at the prestigious Abbaye de Collonges by Bocuse. Of course, a vegetarian menu will be available on request.

Paul Bocuse (11 February 1926 – 20 January 2018) was an internationally renowned chef for the high quality of his restaurants and his innovative approaches to cuisine. [Wikipedia-EN]

The dinner will be held in the historical mansion of Bocuse family by the river Saône, called the Abbaye. 

The place hosts a part of the famous "limonaire" collection, which Paul Bocuse gathered over the years. 

The transportation will be organized from and back to the conference center and the city center.
