Did you know that Lyon is European Smart Tourism Capital in 2019 ?
The good point to start with is the Tourist Information :

Note that the conference will partly be held during the world famous Fête des Lumières (Festival of Lights). This events attracts a large contingent of tourists. Therefore, we highly recommend to book your venue as soon as possible (see below for a few recommendations). 

Congress Venue

The congress will be held at the Lyon Convention Centre (Centre des Congrès) in Cité Internationale (arch. Renzo Piano), next door to the famous Tête d'Or Park. A detailed map can be seen here. More information about the site can be found here.

Your trip to Lyon

Lyon is easily accessible by plane (international airport with direct flights to the largest european and international cities) or train (TGV station).

For participants arriving at PARIS CDG AIRPORT from ASIA and USA, direct connection to Lyon by TGV, 26 round trips per day in just 1h50, no need to change airport upon arrival at CDG, the station is located directly beneath the airport.

From Airport to city centre
Express tramway RHONEXPRESS (25 minutes)/ every 15 minutes Taxis available 24/7 .

Within Lyon

The extensive network of buses, metro and tramway of the T.C.L. (Transports en Commun Lyonnais – Lyon Public Transportation) enables rapid and easy transport from one place to another in the city and its suburbs.
